Feedback Board
Quick Answer
The Feedback board lets you submit feature requests, upvote ideas from other users, and track what the SiteZeus team is working on. Reach it by clicking Feedback in the Help & Support section of the sidebar.
Opening the Feedback Board
- Click Feedback in the Help & Support section at the bottom of the left sidebar.
- The board opens showing all submitted feature requests, sorted by top votes by default.
Returning to Your Project
The Feedback board is not a project-scoped route, so the sidebar shows its project-less view while you are there. An arrow button at the top-left of the board lets you navigate back without using the browser:
- Back to project — appears when you opened the board from within a project. Clicking it returns you to the project page you came from.
- Back to projects — appears when you opened the board from the global projects list, or on a cold load (direct link). Clicking it returns you to the projects list.
Submitting a Feature Request
- Click Submit request in the upper-right corner of the board.
- Enter a Title (required, up to 200 characters). Be specific — a clear title makes it easier for others to find and upvote your idea.
- As you type (3+ characters), Zeus.ai checks for similar existing requests and lists them right below the title field, each with an inline Upvote button — so you can back an existing idea instead of creating a duplicate.
- If a similar request is listed and you try to submit anyway, a toast warns you first and the submit button relabels to Submit anyway. Click it again to submit your new request despite the overlap.
- Optionally add Details (up to 5,000 characters). Describe the problem the feature would solve or any context that helps the team understand your use case.
- Click Submit. Your request appears on the board immediately with a status of Open.
Voting on Requests
Each request card shows a vote count on the left. Click the vote button to upvote a request you want the team to prioritize. Click it again to remove your vote. Your vote is recorded against your user account — one vote per request.
Browsing and Filtering
The board provides several ways to find relevant requests:
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Search box | Filters visible requests by title as you type |
| Sort | Switch between Top voted (default) and Newest |
| Status | Show all statuses (default) or narrow to a specific one |
Request Statuses
Every request carries a status badge so you can see where it is in the pipeline:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Under consideration — upvotes influence prioritization |
| Planned | Approved and on the roadmap |
| In Progress | Actively being built |
| Completed | Shipped |
| Declined | The team has decided not to pursue this request at this time |
Request Detail Page
Click any request card to open the detail view. From there you can:
- Read the full description.
- Vote or remove your vote (the large vote button on the left).
- See the current status badge and requester.
- Read existing comments and add your own — type in the comment box and click Post comment.
Adding Comments
On the detail page, enter your comment in the text area at the bottom of the Comments section and click Post comment. Comments are visible to all users and the SiteZeus team. There is no edit or delete capability for posted comments.
Tips
- Watch the similar-request suggestions that appear as you type a title — voting on an existing request is more effective than creating a duplicate.
- Check the Planned and In Progress filters to see what is already on the roadmap before filing a new request.
