Appearance
Manage Account (Users)
Quick Answer
Manage Account is where you view and manage your company's users, their roles, and their licenses. Click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar to open the account popover, then open Manage Account (directly above Appearance) and click Manage Users. The page requires permission to view users, so it appears only for company administrators and other users granted that access. It is rolling out gradually, so you may not see it yet.
Manage Account is a menu with two entries. It contains Manage Users (this page) and, for Support Admins only, SSO Auth (authentication settings). See SSO Authentication below.
Who Can Access Manage Account
Access is controlled by your account permissions:
| Capability | Who has it |
|---|---|
| View the users list | Users with the view-users permission (typically company administrators) |
| Add a user | Users with the add-users permission, or franchise administrators |
| Edit a user | Users with add/edit/delete permissions, or franchise administrators |
Franchise administrators without full user-admin permissions can edit only Franchise users, not Corporate users. If you do not have the view permission, the page shows a "Not authorized" message. Contact support@sitezeus.com if you need access.
How to Open Manage Account
- Click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar to open the account popover (on mobile it opens as a bottom sheet).
- Open the Manage Account submenu (icon:
manage_accounts), directly above Appearance. - Click Manage Users (icon:
group). - The page opens with your company's users list.
If you do not see the Manage Account entry, either the feature has not been enabled for your account yet or you do not have permission to view users.
The Users List
The list shows every user in your company. On desktop each row has these columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| First name | The user's first name |
| Last name | The user's last name |
| The user's sign-in email (also their username) | |
| Access type | Corporate or Franchise |
| Franchise | The franchise group, for franchise users |
| Role | The user's assigned role |
| Status | Active, Suspended, or Pending |
On phones each user renders as a compact card showing name, email, status, and role. Rows you have permission to edit show an inline Edit button.
Searching and Filtering
An action bar above the list helps you narrow it down:
- Search for a user — filter by name or email as you type.
- Access type — All, Corporate, or Franchise.
- User role — All roles, or one of the roles present in your company.
- Status — All statuses, Active, Suspended, or Pending.
Adding and Editing Users
Click Add in the action bar to create a user, or Edit on a row to change an existing one. The form lets you set the user's details, their role, and (for franchise users) their franchise assignment.
Roles and Licenses
The role choices you see are limited to the roles your company is licensed for, listed from least to most privileged. Each role shows how many licenses are available:
- Corporate license pools show usage as Used X / Y (or Used X / Unlimited). When a pool is exhausted, saving is blocked with a message such as "All available licenses have been used."
- Franchise roles show available / total for each role and disable any role whose licenses are all in use.
Corporate Territory Access
A Corporate Territory Access toggle controls whether a corporate user can see all territories. For administrator-class roles this toggle is forced on and cannot be turned off, because those roles always have all-territory access.
Single-Administrator Rule
A company keeps a single top Administrator. When you save a user as Administrator, every other user who currently holds that role is automatically relabeled to Co-administrator. The same applies to the corresponding administrator role in other role tiers.
SSO Authentication (Support Admins)
The Manage Account menu in the account popover also contains an SSO Auth entry (icon: key) that opens the SSO Authentication settings page. This entry is visible only to users with the Support Admin role; if you do not have that role you will not see it, and opening the page directly shows a "Not authorized" message.
The page configures how a company's users sign in:
- Login options — allow username & password, allow SSO/SAML, and allow creation of users via SSO.
- SSO/SAML options — the SAML attribute mappings (username, email, first/last name, role, territory, project, franchise, and brand attributes), whether to use the NameID as the username, and a Default Role for users provisioned through SSO.
- SSO/SAML role mappings — map each Zeus.ai role to the matching role identifier from your identity provider.
- SSO/SAML certificate — paste your identity provider's signing certificate.
Company selector: Support Admins who manage more than one company see a company picker in the page header (a searchable "Select a company..." combobox). When you belong to a single company, its name is shown as plain text instead. Changes apply to the selected company; click Save Changes to persist them.
Troubleshooting
I do not see the Manage Account entry in the account popover
The feature is rolling out gradually and also requires permission to view users. If you expect access, contact the SiteZeus support team.
The page says "Not authorized"
Your account does not have permission to view users. Ask a company administrator to grant it, or contact support@sitezeus.com.
I cannot add a user / the role is disabled
You have run out of licenses for that role. Corporate pools show Used X / Y and franchise roles show available / total; when a pool is exhausted, that role is disabled and saving is blocked. Contact your SiteZeus account team to add licenses.
