Company Settings
Quick Answer
Company Settings is a self-service page where company admins can manage which AI models are available to everyone in their organization and, optionally, provide their own provider API keys to unlock additional models. Reach it from the profile menu at the top-right of any page. The page is visible only to users with the Company Admin or SiteZeus Support Admin role.
Who Can Access Company Settings
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Company Admin | Full read/write: toggle Clean Room, manage BYO keys |
| SiteZeus Support | Full read/write on any company's settings |
| Regular member | No access — the menu item is hidden |
Company Admin is a role granted by SiteZeus. If you need it, contact support@sitezeus.com.
How to Open Company Settings
- Click your profile avatar or name at the top-right of the application
- Select Company Settings from the profile menu
- The page opens with a Model Availability panel
Model Availability
What the Panel Shows
The Model Availability panel lists every model in the Zeus.ai catalog and whether it is enabled for your company. Models are grouped by data-governance posture:
- Clean Room (first-party, US data zone) — Zeus.ai Clean Room and Zeus.ai Clean Room (GPT-5), both hosted inside the Zeus.ai Azure tenant. Gated by the Clean Room subscription.
- Third-party (no-retention) — Zeus.ai Secure (Third-Party), a SiteZeus-paid model hosted by Fireworks AI under no-retention terms. Enabled by default for all companies.
- Public opt-in models — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and DeepSeek public models. Off by default. Require a provider API key (BYO) before a company admin can enable them, or SiteZeus support can enable them directly.
Default Model Access
Every company starts with access to three models out of the box:
- Zeus.ai Secure (Third-Party) — always on, no action required
- Zeus.ai Clean Room — available once the Clean Room subscription is active
- Zeus.ai Clean Room (GPT-5) — available once the Clean Room subscription is active
Clean Room Toggle
The Clean Room is free while in beta. Company admins can turn it on or off using the toggle in the panel. Turning it off removes the Clean Room models from the selector for everyone in the company.
Enabling Public Models (Opt-In)
Public models (GPT series, Claude, Gemini, direct DeepSeek) are off by default. To enable them you need to provide a provider API key first — see BYO Provider Keys below. Once a key is saved for a provider, you can check the corresponding models in the allow-list and save the policy.
If you need public models enabled without supplying your own key, contact SiteZeus support.
BYO Provider Keys
Company admins can supply their own API keys for third-party AI providers. This lets you enable public models for your organization billed to your own account at that provider, rather than through SiteZeus usage.
Supported Providers
| Provider | Enables models |
|---|---|
| OpenAI | GPT-5.5, GPT-5.4, GPT-5.4 Mini |
| Anthropic | Claude Opus 4.8, Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Haiku 4.5 |
| Gemini 3.1 Pro, Gemini 3.5 Flash | |
| DeepSeek | DeepSeek V4 Pro |
The Zeus.ai Clean Room uses SiteZeus's own Azure deployment and is not BYO-eligible.
Adding a Key
- Open Company Settings (profile menu)
- Scroll to the provider whose key you want to add
- Click Set key next to the provider name
- Paste your API key into the input field
- Click Save
Keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Once saved, the key value is never displayed again — you can only replace it or remove it.
Replacing a Key
Follow the same steps as adding a key. Saving a new value overwrites the existing key immediately.
Removing a Key
Click Remove next to the provider. Removing a key has two effects:
- The key is deleted from storage
- Any models from that provider that are not in your company's allow-list are automatically disabled to prevent them from silently falling back to other routing
After removal, those models will be locked in the model selector until a new key is saved or a SiteZeus admin re-enables them.
Effect on the Chat Model Selector
Changes you make in Company Settings take effect for all users in your company. The model selector in chat reflects the current policy:
- Models your company has enabled appear unlocked (selectable)
- Models blocked by policy show a lock icon with the tooltip "Ask your administrator to enable this model"
- Clean Room models without the subscription show a lock icon with a link to the upgrade prompt
