Live Support Chat

Quick Answer

Live support chat is a self-service toggle available to every signed-in user — no admin needs to enable it for you. Turn it on from Chat with Support in the left sidebar's Help & Support section, and Zeus.ai loads a support widget you can use to contact the support team for product questions, troubleshooting, or access issues.

Important

• The widget is off by default and stays off until you turn it on
• Your preference is per-user and persists across sessions and devices
• The exact widget placement and visual style come from the support provider's injected chat UI

Accessing Support Chat

1. Sign in to Zeus.ai
2. Open the left sidebar and find Chat with Support in the Help & Support section
3. Click it to turn the widget on
4. Open the widget to start a conversation with the support team

If you do not see the widget after turning the toggle on, refresh the page. To hide the widget again, click Chat with Support a second time. See Sidebar Navigation for the full Help & Support walkthrough.

Our support team can help you with:

Privacy

The support chat system can identify you using the information Zeus.ai provides to it, such as your authenticated user identity and current product context. Do not assume the widget is anonymous.
